This position is responsible to assist for developing and implementing company internal communication strategy in order to realize effective communication from top management and executives and foster our company spirits.
Key responsibilities ●Assist to develop overall company organization internal communications strategy, messaging and plan for implementation. ●Support to develop creative and imaginative internal communications that drive employee engagement.
●Partnering on shaping an employee engagement and cultural change strategy for the Wacom organization to drive high performance among employees to execute the company’s mission, vision, strategic priorities and culture in the work they do every day based on the companys values.
●Support to develop, publish and distribute a range of materials in traditional print form, electronically or through online technologies.(for example, newsletters, brochures, handbooks, conference and seminar materials, and benefit and compensation communications) in order to communicate effectively with employees.
